What is the difference between VIP and GA?
Genral Admission and VIP tickets include both unlimited drinks and food. This year we are introducing more benefits for VIP ticket holders. VIP ticket holders will have their own staging platform in the DJ room & band room that offers top shelf spirits, additional food options, lounging furniture, perfect views of the stage, and more. The VIP ticket also allows you 30 minutes Early Entry to the venue to skip the line.
What if the event is cancelled?
In the event that the Reedy River Grand Ball is cancelled, all ticket purchasers will receive a full refund at point of purchase within 10 business days.
Do you offer refunds?
No, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, resale is allowed.
Do you offer Hotel Packages?
Yes! Ticket and Room packages for the Hyatt Regency in downtown Greenville are available on the ticket site and each package comes with a room and 2 tickets. Confirmations will be sent out weekly, not daily.
